In the Spotlight (Members Only)

This is your chance to showcase your business service or products. You may speak for up to 3 minutes at the meeting and/or promote your products at a display table. In return, the exhibitor/speaker donates a gift valued at no less than $10 for the business card draw for that meeting. The gift must be a tangible item and not a certificate that would require a purchase for redemption. Members may place handouts and/or promotional items at the Members' Table.

Networking Tables (Members Only)

Showcase your goods and services. This is your opportunity to show our members what you have to offer! Set up time begins at 11:00. Your table will be up for the duration of the meeting. The cost is a $10.00 door prize. (Gift certificates cannot require a purchase for redemption).

Advertising

These are the ad sizes and rates for advertising in the VWN Tri-City Newsletter. Ads are in full colour at the sizes and monthly rates listed below. Artwork must be supplied as PDFs at the sizes noted.

The advertising rates include your ad being printed in full colour in the monthly newsletter as well as being posted online on our chapters' new website.

Bookings must be made and art work (ad) submitted two weeks prior to monthly luncheon.  You may make payment online or pay by cheque.

In the order process you will be asked to: select the size of your ad, choose the number of months you want it published, select which month(s) you want it to run, submit/upload your ad copy and make payment.
